Godfrey Muwulya, Performing Artist
 | Godfrey MuwulyaGodfrey Muwulya started performing African Dance and music when still a child in Uganda at the age of 5years old,he was born in 1986. He joined Ndere Troupe the best Uganda Culture Troupe and became the lead instrumentalist and dancer in 2005 up to 2008 ,when he left the Dance Troupe and became independent.He has performed in a number of countries including Germany, Japan, the Netherlands,Macedonia,Dallas Texas United States in the Black Dance Theater Dance Africa ,New York at the Brooklyn Academy of Music 30 years of Dance Africa. He was featured in the New York Times.This year he performed with the New York University Students of Steinhardt school of Culture,Education and Human. Development Music and Performing Arts Professions in the Distinguished Faculty Concert at New York University Skir Ball. He specializes in East African Traditional dances and music.
